Rate for a rollaway bed is $20.00 per night, plus tax. “Pack n’ Play” baby cribs are available for rental on request.


Resort Fee: There is a Resort Fee of $30.00, plus tax (total $33.45), collected by property at check in.


Cancellation Policy  NO SHOWS: The resort will charge one (1) night’s net room rate for any no-shows.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Guests who depart the Resort earlier than scheduled will be charged a fee of one (1) night rate for the room category reserved. This fee will be assessed to the Company. Guests who depart two (2) or more nights earlier than
scheduled will only be charged the early departure fee on the first night.

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Sanibel. The amenities were top tier. Espresso machine in the lobby. Access to their bikes and beach chairs/ umbrellas all included is unheard of. The pathway to the beach is really nice and a short walk. I found some of the best shells just steps from my room. Having a restaurant and bar on site was really nice as a solo traveler too. I would absolutely come back here.
